  • How are brands defined?

    A brand is a group of channels (a website, microsite and a Facebook Page) of a company. You can run contests on unlimited brands.

  • Can I run multilingual apps?

    Yes, we have several inbuilt languages, and we can add yours. Contact us with your needs.

  • Do you have white labeling?

    Yes. All our plans, except Basic Contests, are 100% white label. There is no Antavo labeling on apps, URLs or triggered emails.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, American Express; or you can pay with PayPal Express Checkout.

  • Can I switch plans?

    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Such change takes effect immediately and resets your billing period automatically. Note that such switch justifies neither a full nor a fractional refund for the period already charged for, hence we advise you to make the changes only 24 hours before the next renewal date.

  • What about VAT?

    Prices listed exclude VAT. You need to pay VAT only if you are in the UK, or in Europe without a VIES number. In such cases VAT will be added at checkout.

  • Can I disable the auto-renewal of my plan?

    Yes. Upon purchase your plan is set to renew automatically. However if you don't wish to be charged again, we advise you to cancel your plan 24 hours before the next renewal date. Please see the effect of cancellation in another FAQ.

  • What happens if I cancel my plan?

    Your active campaign(s) will immediately stop running, but you can still have access to your collected data and subscribers. You can reactivate your campaign(s) anytime by purchasing a new plan. Note that the cancellation justifies neither a full nor a fractional refund for the period already charged for, hence we advise you to cancel only 24 hours before the next renewal date.
